Terms of Service

Last updated: March 21, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing WiredIn, joining our waitlist, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use WiredIn. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

Use of the platform

WiredIn is built for serious founders and operators. You agree to use the service lawfully and in good faith. That means no spam, no harassment, no impersonation of people or organizations, and no attempts to scrape, disrupt, or misuse the network. Membership is intended for verified operators in the spirit of the community—misrepresentation or bad-faith behavior undermines everyone else.

Waitlist and membership

Joining the waitlist or requesting access does not guarantee membership. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at any time, for any reason we consider appropriate to protect the quality and safety of the network. We may use the information you provide to evaluate fit and to contact you about WiredIn.

Payments and subscriptions

If and when paid plans are offered, pricing may include: Starter (free), Verified Owner at $29 per month, and Inner Circle at $99 per month. Exact features and billing terms will be presented at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew until canceled in accordance with the payment flow we provide. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you submit to WiredIn. By posting or sharing content, you give us a limited license to host, display, and operate the service with that content. The WiredIn name, logo, and brand assets are ours—don't use them without our prior written permission.

Termination

You may stop using WiredIn at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten the community, or create legal or operational risk. Provisions that should survive termination (such as liability limits and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

Limitation of liability

WiredIn is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. We'll post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
