What we collect

We collect information you give us directly—such as your email address, name, and anything you add to your profile or waitlist form. We also collect usage data: how you interact with WiredIn (for example, pages viewed, device type, and approximate location derived from IP) so we can run and improve the product.

How we use your information

We use this information to operate WiredIn, authenticate you, communicate about your account and the network, and send product updates you've asked for or that we believe are relevant. We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We don't use it to run intrusive ads across the web.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. Analytics help us see what works and what doesn't—always in service of a better experience, not surveillance for its own sake.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run WiredIn. That may include Stripe (or a comparable processor) for payments and billing, and an email provider to send transactional and product messages. Those services receive only what they need to perform their role and are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your personal data, subject to exceptions (for example, where we must retain certain records by law). We'll respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If you'd like to exercise these rights, email us—we'll work with you in good faith.
